Website and CRM Administration

Organized, detailed, and precise. 

Daily works out of our office and enters data into our CRM database and updates layout to improve user experience and to keep all data current. Regularly runs queries, updates client lists, and prepares customer reports for mailings. As needed, updates our website layout, content, and media using WordPress platform. Also works on search engine optimization (SEO) and runs SQL queries.

Required Education/Knowledge/Skills:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, information system/technology, or comparable education/experience.
  • Type Minimum of 70 WPM with 95% accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Must be self-sufficient with researching projects, solving problems, and documenting processes.
  • Strong interest in data management and research, plants, and people.

Additional Tasks:

  • Enters and distributes marketing communications using iContact Pro.
  • Registers staff and coordinates materials for trade shows.
